Professionally trained, gained valuable experiences in project management such as new procurement of naval platforms from both local and overseas shipbuilders. Played key roles in ensuring standards are met for all hull constructions and systems integrations, subsequently operations and training of the platforms and crews.He has received professional training in Indoor Farming Technologies at the National Taipei University.
